Job Description
What You’ll Do
You’ll be a core driver of our field research program—designing trials, gathering insights, and translating real-world results into global impact. Your work may include:
Designing and executing field trials that support product development and regulatory strategies
Collaborating with growers, researchers, and internal teams to generate high-quality data
Developing trial protocols and contributing to scientific and regulatory reports
Managing timelines, field resources, and data systems that keep our work moving forward
Traveling throughout California to oversee field activities and support demonstrations
Qualifications
What You Bring
You don’t need to be perfect—you need to be passionate. We’re looking for someone who has:
A degree in agriculture, biology, entomology, or a related scientific field
Experience thinking critically in dynamic field settings
Strong data instincts—collecting it, interpreting it, and translating it into insights
Excellent communication skills and the curiosity to explore new ideas
Confidence working independently, paired with an appreciation for multidisciplinary teamwork
Flexibility to travel, troubleshoot, and adapt as conditions change
A CA DPR QAL or the ability to obtain one within 3 months
What Sets You Apart
Knowledge of pest management, experimental design, or pheromone-based technologies
Experience with international trial standards or regulatory systems
Spanish language ability
Familiarity with statistical tools, GIS platforms, or digital data systems
