Senior Print Production Manager
Company Description
Wonderful Agency is the full-service, award winning, in-house agency that operates as exclusive creator of marketing communications and brand experiences for such iconic brands as FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, Wonderful Halos, JUSTIN, JNSQ and Landmark Wines, Teleflora and more.
The Senior Print Production Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating print projects from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role requires a client-focused mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
The Senior Print Production Manager partners closely with internal clients and creative teams to understand project goals, translating creative vision into finished print materials.
Production is managed through a combination of in-house capabilities and external vendors: our in-house Indigo press is utilized for producing select digital collateral, point-of-sale materials, apparel, and merchandise, while the majority of printed collateral, retail packaging, labels, and shippers are produced through a trusted network of domestic and international suppliers. This role also oversees scheduling, quality control, and vendor coordination, including outside bindery, finishing, and mailing services—requiring the ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.
