Job Description
We’re passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences while driving operational excellence across everything we do. Innovation, quality, and continuous improvement are at the heart of our culture. We’re on the lookout for a talented Order to Cash Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a pivotal role in transforming how we work. In this role, you’ll spearhead the design, documentation, testing, and rollout of end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes as part of our Oracle Implementation Project. You’ll help ensure that order management, billing, receivables, and revenue recognition seamlessly transition to Oracle—setting the business up for success and making a lasting impact.
The reason for this fixed term role is to help with a global project to enhance our commitment to continuous improvement.
Here is some of what you will be doing:
- Dive deep into our current Order to Cash processes—mapping workflows, spotting gaps, and uncovering opportunities to make them even better.
- Shape the future by designing streamlined workflows and configuring Oracle to power our next-generation operations.
- Craft and run test scripts to ensure everything—from configurations to integrations and data migration—works flawlessly.
- Drive data excellence by leading data cleansing, mapping, and validation across all O2C-related information.
- Create engaging training materials and deliver hands-on sessions that empower our teams to hit the ground running.
- Take charge of cutover planning, prepare the business for go-live, and provide hypercare support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Be the go-to expert for resolving any issues in the Order to Cash workstream during implementation and beyond.
- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, IT, and other key stakeholders to keep everyone aligned and deliver results that matter.
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field—or the equivalent hands-on experience that sets you apart.
- Proven expertise designing and delivering Order to Cash processes, ideally as part of large-scale ERP transformations like Oracle Cloud.
- A solid track record in system testing, data validation, and creating clear, user-friendly process documentation.
- Deep knowledge of order management, billing, credit and collections, and revenue recognition workflows.
- Experience delivering training and driving change across teams—a big plus!
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset to tackle challenges head-on.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our Parnell office. You will have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying. The successful candidate may be subject to undergo a Police Check and/or Pre-Employment Drug Test.
