Job Description

Our Finance team is at the heart of driving innovation, precision, and value throughout the business. We’re on the lookout for a skilled Procure to Pay Specialist to bring their expertise to our transformative Oracle Implementation Project. In this role, you’ll help design and embed best-in-class Procure to Pay (P2P) processes—from streamlining procurement workflows and optimising supplier management to elevating invoice processing and payment solutions. This is your chance to make a real impact and shape the future of how we work.

The reason for this fixed term role is to help with a global project to enhance our commitment to continuous improvement.

Here is some of what you will be doing:

  • Dive into current Procure to Pay processes to uncover opportunities and define clear requirements for Oracle configuration.
  • Shape the future of our P2P operations by contributing to innovative process design, system setup, and end-to-end testing.
  • Drive data excellence by supporting the migration and validation of supplier and procurement master data.
  • Craft user acceptance test scenarios and lead the charge on successful testing and issue resolution.
  • Develop clear, user-friendly process documentation, guides, and training resources to empower teams.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and hands-on coaching to help end users master new tools and workflows.
  • Play a key role in cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business teams to bring this transformation to life.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience that makes you an expert in your craft.
  • Deep expertise in Procure to Pay processes and the controls that keep everything running smoothly.
  • A proven track record leading ERP implementations, especially in procurement and accounts payable (bonus points for Oracle Cloud experience).
  • A strong grasp of end-to-end purchasing workflows, from approvals and supplier onboarding to seamless invoice processing.
  • Sharp skills in process mapping, data validation, and testing to drive accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience designing engaging training materials and championing user adoption of new systems.
  • A talent for solving problems creatively and analysing complex challenges with confidence.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding time management abilities to keep projects moving and deliver results on schedule.

This is a 12-month fixed term role based in our Parnell office. You will have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying. The successful candidate may be subject to undergo a Police Check and/or Pre-Employment Drug Test.
