Are you a compassionate and experienced Naturopathic Doctor with expertise in diabetes care? Join our dedicated team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, and make a significant impact on the lives of employees at Wonderful Pistachios!

As a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in diabetes management, you will:

• Provides compassionate and high-quality patient care and implementation of evidence based medical practices.
• Perform histories, complete physical exams, order labs and interpret data to formulate a diagnosis or treatment plan for a variety of glandular and metabolic imbalances including Diabetes, thyroid conditions, insulin medication changes while working with an inter-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and health coaches.
• Integrate naturopathic and conventional medical approaches in collaboration with MD, PA, and NP colleagues.
• Serves within a multidisciplinary clinical environment to strategically improve health outcomes for empaneled patients in a coordinated manner.
• Support onsite and community-based efforts that aim to drive patient engagement, access, population-based patient management, referral tracking, mobile clinic, and clinical quality performance evaluation.
• The Naturopathic Doctor will act as an expert in diabetes disease management and prevention.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from an accredited naturopathic medical school and a valid DEA number.
• 5+ years of clinical diabetes experience.
• Active and unrestricted Naturopathic Doctor (ND) license in the state of California.
• Proven expertise in diabetes diagnoses, intervention, and care management.
• Leadership skills and a passion for population health.
• Written and verbal fluency in Spanish.
• Technological proficiency with MS Office, EMR systems, tablets, and smartphones.
• Travel required to Lost Hills Clinic, Delano clinic, and Mobile Clinic.

• Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 and is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for a monthly car allowance.
