Team Lead

Fiji Water is bottle at source in a world class facility with state of the art equipment located at Yaqara and is inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for the open positions.

• Supports performance management process (performance boards, updates & discussions).
• Developing high performing work teams, covering absenteeism, rotating in for training activities and encouraging cross functional capabilities.
• Support organizational l quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
• Administrative responsibilities for team (attendance register, manning lineup, team emails)
• Provide supervision to the logistics personnel in ensuring standards are adhered in accordance with management requirement.
• Supporting Manager Logistics in performance management process, meeting all department deliverables.
• Ensure integrity of data entry as per regulatory requirement
• Engage in overall yard and docks operation efficiency through immediate problem-solving counter measures with team.

• Pass in year 12
• Trade Certificate qualification will be an added advantage
• Computer Literate
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in a manufacturing industry
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Driving License Group 2 & 9.
