Job Description

Do you want to be a part of a team that is providing essential primary care to the employees of Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos and POM Wonderful? Help bring healthcare services directly to their workplace, as we reduce the number of employees living with preventable chronic diseases and illnesses in California's Central Valley? We are looking for an Administrative Clinic Supervisor to support development, implementation, and optimization of administrative operations. Join us in creating a healthier future!

The Role:

  • Ensure smooth daily clinic operations, maintaining compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage multiple projects, focusing on administrative duties and clinic operations.
  • Educate staff on Policies and Procedures, enforcing compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical and lab licenses, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Create and update quarterly clinic schedules, coordinating with providers and support staff.
  • Collaborate with Senior Director to implement improvements in clinical operations and patient care.
  • Lead and mentor administrative healthcare support staff, providing feedback and resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Electronic Medical Records, ensuring seamless functionality and assisting clinic staff with resolving IT-related issues promptly, fostering uninterrupted patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise between TWC headquarters, HR and clinic locations, orchestrating smooth administrative processes such as new employee onboarding, logistics coordination, and scheduling of clinic-wide activities, optimizing organizational cohesion and productivity.
  • Travel required to Lost Hills and Delano clinic.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

This position is based in Lost Hills, CA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related major.
  • 3+ years providing operational and administrative support in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in Electronic Medical Record systems like Ochin/Epic.
  • Familiar with IT platforms such as Grapevine.
  • Must possess good communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to work well with a variety of people.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
  • Strong interest in driving population health.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $68,000 - $72,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills, experience, and qualifications.
