Operations and Production Supervisor- Fresh ** 3rd Shift**

With over 9,000 acres in California’s Central Valley, POM Wonderful is committed to unleashing the antioxidant power of our handpicked pomegranates.

Join us as our Operations and Production Supervisor! You will be responsible for overseeing the production process from the receipt of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, adherence to quality standards, and the achievement of production targets. You will lead and motivate a team of production workers, ensuring their safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in processes.

What our Operations and Production Supervisor will do:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff, providing guidance, coaching, and training as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the materials management team to ensure the timely receipt and availability of raw materials for production.
• Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to address quality-related issues promptly.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.

Skills & experience that are necessary as our Operations and Production Supervisor will include, but not limited to:

• Proven experience in manufacturing production, with a focus on raw materials processing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret production data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software.

Pay Range: $67,000-$73,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
